Saigon - Cu Chi Tunnels – City tour (B, L)
Start a 1.5-hour drive to Cu Chi tunnels where you will learn about the history and the incredible tenacity and ingenuity of its inhabitants. You also have a chance to crawl through the tunnels and fire off some rounds from Ak47 or M16 assault riffles at the shooting range. Back to Saigon for lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit historic landmarks and sites such as the Reunification Palace, the War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office, and Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Saigon.

Saigon – Mekong Delta - Chau Doc (B, L)
The driver takes you to Ben Tre City which is 90 km from Saigon (~ 2 hour drive). Hop on a small boat to visit small brick factories, a coconut processing workshop and a local mat-weaving house. Visit a quiet village and take a short walk to witness local life. Hop on a xe-lôi (a kind of motorized rickshaw) to a riverside restaurant for a local lunch. In the afternoon, go around and explore the surrounding fields before boarding a sampan along the canals. Come back to the port and drive for 4 hours to Chau Doc. Overnight in Chau Doc.

Chau Doc - Speed Boat to Phnom Penh (B)
The driver takes you to the ferry for your boat cruise upstream Mekong River to Phnom Penh. Boat departs at 7.30 AM. Meeting with our guide and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Phnom Penh - City Tour (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel. City tour in Phnom Penh: National Museum, Silver Pagoda, Royal Palace and Wat Phnom. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Then, you have time to shop souvenirs and local products in markets such as the art-deco Central Market or the sprawling Russian Market. Return to the hotel and overnight in Phnom Penh.

Phnom Penh - Tuol Sleng - Killing Field - Siem Reap (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek Memorial. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Then, transfer to Phnom Penh airport to catch the flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for registration. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Siem Reap - Angkor Thom - Angkor Wat (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Get on a Tuk-tuk (a kind of motorcycle) to the South Gate to witness the statue representing the movement of the ocean, the ancient capital of Angkor Thom, the temple of Bayon, the Phimeanakas, the terraces of the leper king and the elephants, and the royal chambers. Then, visit Ta Prohm temple, one of the most spectacular temples in the area. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, transfer by bus to visit Angkor Wat - a World Heritage Site by UNESCO with massive architectures. Return to the hotel and overnight in Siem Reap.

Siem Reap - Tonle Sap - Fly to Hanoi (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to a town near Siem Reap. You will board a boat to visit Tonle Sap Lake (the largest lake in Southeast Asia) to see the life of the people, their hospital, their church, the school, the market, etc. Lunch at a local restaurant. At the indicated time, transfer to the airport for the departure flight to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Start the city tour at 9:00 am. Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday), the traditional stilt house and the reserved One-Pillar Pagoda. Then, head to Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda, along the shore of West Lake. Pay a visit to Vietnam’s first university - Temple of Literature. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the train streets then the beautiful Ngoc Son Temple on an island in the middle of Hoan Kiem Lake. End the day with a traditional water puppet show before dinner at one of the finest restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

Hanoi - Halong Bay Cruise (B, L, D)
Our driver picks you up at your hotel and transfers you to Halong via the Expressway. Transferred by tender boat to check in Stellar of the Seas cruise. Savor a hearty lunch and check in your cabin. Then, join kayaking or a local rowboat to visit Dark and Bright Cave. Then, you have time to swim before back to the cruise to join a cooking demonstration and Happy Hour from the bar. Have dinner. Overnight on the cruise.

Halong Bay Cruise - Hanoi (B, L)
Early risers may want to capture the sunrise and join a Taichi lesson at the golf course area at 6:10 - 6:30 am. Have a light breakfast in the restaurant while the ship moves to the next stop. Enjoy kayaking at Ao Ech Area for around 1 hour. Back to the vessel and prepare for check out from 9h30 – 9h45. A brunch is served before you process the payment for personal expenses (spa & massage, drinks, etc). Disembark at around 11:00 am. Drop-off in the Old Quarter at around 14h00 – 14h30. Overnight in Hanoi.

Enjoy your free morning then transfer to Noi Bai airport for your flight to Hue by our driver only. Upon arrival at Phu Bai Airport, you will be transferred directly to your hotel. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Hue.

Breakfast at your hotel before starting Hue city tour. In the morning, join a sampan boat trip along Perfume River to visit King Minh Mang’s Tomb of Nguyen Dynasty and the traditional Thien Mu Pagoda on the banks of the river. Lunch in the local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you explore Hue Citadel and Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum and King Tu Duc’s Tomb. After that, transfer to Hoi An. Dinner is on your own. Overnight in Hoi An.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Then, our guide and driver pick you up to Hoi An’s colourful central market. You have a chance to learn about the ingredients you will use in the cooking lesson later. Head to Tra Que village. Enjoy welcome drink.
Later, visit the herbs garden where local farmers use organic methods from 300 years ago on their field. Learn the traditional ways to cook Vietnamese food. Made some flowers and animals by vegetables for decoration. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked. Return to your hotel. Dinner is on your own. Overnight in Hoi An.
