• Day 2

  Hanoi – Duong Lam Village – Hanoi (L)

  Drive west of Hanoi to Duong Lam village, the national relic and UNESCO Conservation Heritage in 2013, visitors have chance to see 400-year-old ancient house, 100-year-old village gate and many pagodas & temples. Listen to interesting stories told by villagers in an ancient home while sipping tea. Lunch with fully of traditional Vietnamese food is served. Return to Hanoi. Trip ends.

• Day 3

  Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Trang An Scenic Landscape – Halong (L)

  Today, you will visit Ninh Binh which was once the capital of Vietnam during 10th century. The excursion provides you visits to many limestone caves, natural stone sculptures and Dinh and Le Temples. Lunch included. In the afternoon, visit Trang An Scenic Landscape complex, the UNESCO World natural heritage site where has Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave and Nau Ruou. Thanks to that, you will have a general view of Ninh Binh and understand why it’s called ‘Halong on land’. Transfer to Halong. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Halong.

• Day 4

  Halong Day Cruise – Hanoi (B, L)

  Arrive in Tuan Chau pier and join an 8-hour cruise around Halong Bay. As the boat sails, you will have chance to see and take photos of Cho Da (Stone Dog), Lu Huong (Incense Burner), Ba Hang fishing village and Ngon Tay (Fingers) Islets. Stop to visit ‘Ga Choi’ (Fighting Cock’ Island – the symbol of Halong. After lunch, continue to visit the most beautiful cave in Halong – Amazing Cave and TiTop Island. You can also choose to climb up the peak of Bai Tu long Bay or join kayaking activities within 30 – 40 mins. Free until back to the pier. Return to your hotel in Hanoi. Trip ends.
