Ta Prom – Angkor Wat – Tonle Sap Lake – Floating Village (B)
This morning, you wake up early and take a ‘Tuk-Tuk’ ride to the jungle-entwined sanctuary, Ta Prohm. Back to the hotel for breakfast. After that, you will be transfer to the splendid Angkor Wat. In the afternoon, leave the bustling town for a short boat trip along Tonle Sap Lake heading to local floating villages. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Siem Reap – Drive to Phnom Penh (B)
Today, you take a 6-hour drive to Phnom Penh. In the afternoon, join a city tour to National Museum before moving to Royal Palace, the home to the royal family and the opulent silver pagoda. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Phnompenh.
Phnom Penh City Tour – Fly to Yangon (B)
Today’s sites include Wat Phnom, an independent memorial, the Genocide Museum, and Killing Field ‘Cheung Ek’. Afterwards, transfer to the airport for your flight to Myanmar’s former colonial capital, Yangon (Rangoon). Upon arrive, transfer and check in your hotel. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Yangon.
Yangon – Fly to Bagan (B)
In the early morning, you will flight to Bagan. Your trip kicks off with a visit to the Nyang U Market in Old Bagan then discover the stunning, gold leaf Shwezigon Pagoda. Next, visit Ananda Temple. Lunch is included. Take an excursion to a local lacquer wear workshop where you can learn how to make this traditional craft. Head to Shwe San Daw Pagoda and climb up to the top for great sunset view over the area and Ayeyarwaddy River. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Bagan.
Bagan Sightseeing (B)
Be ready to spend your entire day visiting Bagan’s magical temples. The first stop is Myinkaba temple. Next, head to Manuha, a quiet nice village to experience local life and Burmese culture. In the afternoon, take an unforgettable ride by horse cart to Bagan’s outstanding temples before coming to Tayokepyay pagoda for sunset view. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Bagan.
Bagan – Inle Lake (B)
Take a morning flight to Heho for a visit to Nyaung Shwe local market. This is the main residential area of Intha families who live completely on stilted villages. From there, take a boat tour and admire the skills of the leg-rowing fishermen. The rest of the day is to admire Inle Lake – one the most enormous lakes in Southeast Asia. Meals are on your own and overnight in Inle.
Inle Lake – Indein Pagoda & Floating Gardens (B)
This morning is to explore Indein, the most beautiful temples in the region. Next comes the Phaungdawoo Pagoda which is well-known for its richly golden five small Buddha images, and sacred ambiance in Inle Lake. Continue to visit Ngaphechaung monastery. On the way, visit Nam Pan village where houses many cotton and lotus weaving factories and cigar making houses. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Inle.
Inle Lake – Yangon – City Tour (B)
After breakfast, you get on a boat to the northern bank of the lake where the car waits for you. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, join a tour to Shwedagon Paya, take a leisure walk among crowds of colorful robed monks and nuns. Finally, enjoy sunset from the top. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Yangon.
Yangon City Tour – Departure (B)
Time to explore Yangon tourist attractions including Sule Pagoda, the heart of Yangon city, Chaukhtayi Pagoda, and Kandawgyi Lake. If time allows, we will stop over for shopping at Scott market. Our driver will transfer you to the Yangon International Airport for your departure flight. Trip ends.
