Start the city tour at 9:00 am. Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday), the traditional stilt house and the reserved One-Pillar Pagoda. Then, head to Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda, along the shore of West Lake. Pay a visit to Vietnam’s first university - Temple of Literature before lunch. In the afternoon, visit Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday). End the day with a stop at Ngoc Son Temple at Hoan Kiem Lake. In the evening, watch a water puppet show before back to the hotel. Dinner is on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Hanoi - Halong Bay Cruise (B, L, D)
Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter and move to Halong. Arrive at Tuan Chau Pier, embark on Amanda Halong Cruise. Enjoy lunch while the ship cruises to Halong Bay. The first stop is Luon Cave where you can kayak or sit leisurely on a sampan boat rowed by a local and enjoy the stunning view. Return to the boat and move to Ti Top Island for hiking and swimming at the beach. Back onboard at around 17:30 and participate in Sunset party & cooking class with Happy Hour at the bar (Buy 2 get 1 drink free). Enjoy dinner and evening activities such as massage (extra charge), herbal wood foot bath in your room (free of charge 01 herbal bag for each cabin), bamboo dancing, fashion show traditional costumes “Footsteps of Heritage” or fish squid. Take part in a Tai Chi session on the top deck to refresh your body and mind. Enjoy a light breakfast before the 2nd excursion. Visit Surprise Cave - the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. Back onboard, check out your cabin. Enjoy the early buffet lunch onboard while the ship cruises back to the pier. Disembark at around 11:00 am. Arrive in Hanoi at around 3:00 pm. Overnight in Hanoi.

Breakfast at your hotel before being transferred to Hue city. In the morning, start the city tour by boarding a sampan boat along Perfume River to visit King Ming Mang’s Tomb of Nguyen Dynasty and the traditional Thien Mu Pagoda on the banks of the river. Lunch in the local restaurant. In the afternoon, you explore Hue Citadel and Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum and King Tu Duc’s Tomb. Dinner is on your own. Overnight in Hue.

After breakfast, drive to Hoi An from 8am. Then, you go biking to Hoi An’s colorful central market. You have a chance to learn about the ingredients you will use in the cooking lesson later. Head to Tra Que village. Enjoy welcome drink.
Later, visit the herbs garden where local farmers use organic methods from 300 years ago on their field. Learn the traditional ways to cook Vietnamese food. Make some flowers and animals by vegetables for decoration. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked. Return to your hotel. Dinner is on your own. Overnight in Hoi An.

Breakfast at your hotel. Start the Saigon City Tour with a visit to Reunification Palace where the war officially ended on April 30th 1975. Then, move to War Remnants Museum to witness a collection of war machinery, weapons, artifacts, documentation. Take a look at Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Central Post Office, two of the best examples of classical old Saigon architecture. Have lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit Giac Lam Pagoda, Saigon Chinatown, Cho lon Market, Thien Hau Pagoda and end at Ben Thanh Market. Back to your hotel. Overnight in Saigon.

Siem Reap - Angkor Thom - Angkor Wat (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Get on a Tuk-tuk (a kind of motorcycle) to the South Gate to witness the statue representing the movement of the ocean, the ancient capital of Angkor Thom, the temple of Bayon, the Phimeanakas, the terraces of the leper king and the elephants, and the royal chambers. Then, visit Ta Prohm temple, one of the most spectacular temples in the area. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, transfer by bus to visit Angkor Wat - a World Heritage Site by UNESCO with massive architectures. Return to the hotel and overnight in Siem Reap.

Siem Reap - Angkor Wat - Banteay Samre - Banteay Srei - Roluos Group (B, L)
Have breakfast at the hotel. Visit Banteay Samre Temple which is decorated with numerous reliefs with a Hindu theme. Then, head to Banteay Srei, the only temple of the Jemer empire that was not built for a monarch. Here you will contemplate sandstone pink stone façade, its sculptures, reliefs carved with great precision and learn about the art of the ancient Jemer empire. Lunch at a restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit the group of Rolous temples: Preah Ko, Bakong Mountain Temple and Lolei Temple, located in the middle of an ancient water reserve, the Baray. The rest of the day is free. Overnight in Siem Reap.
